What precautions can be taken, besides hand washing and distancing?
The new virus has an outer lipid-layer, or fatty layer. Soap and water break that lipid membrane and the virus dies. That's why hand washing for 20 seconds is so effective. Good hygiene can help tamp down the disease!
Disinfectant recipe: 4 teaspoons bleach to 24 ounces of water in a squirt bottle.
Sanitize all contact surfaces with a general cleaner daily. Don't forget Toilet handles, remotes, keyboards, light-switches and doorbells.
De-clutter so you have less things around you to wipe down and keep clean.
Upon returning from an errand:
Gargle with either salt water or liquid chlorophyll & water to help cleanse the mouth and sinus passage.
If possible wash the clothes you wore on your errand.
Eat healthy! Eliminate sugar. Increase the greens and the water! Your blood needs to be strong.
Mitigate Stress as quickly as possible. Stress immediately reduces the function of the immune system, like little tourniquets around the organs, muscles, brain, etc..
But at least there's toilet paper!?
We bow down to the toilet paper! For some weird reason...
