Meet Dr. Eva

Natural Health Therapist

Dr. Eva Sanchez, ND is a Registered Traditional Naturopath, Clinical  Alternative Medicinal Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, Electromagnetic Therapy Specialist, and a Christian.  She has received certifications from the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR), starting in 1994, and taught alongside the founder of the IIR, Dwight Byers. She also received a Doctorate in Naturopathy (ND) from Trinity University, Warsaw, Indiana in 1997.  Dr. Eva has been practicing Reflexology, Traditional Naturopathy, Nutrition, and Clinical Alternative Medicine in the Albuquerque area for 30 years.

Dr. Eva recently added Physical Vascular Therapy, BEMER, and the multidimensional KLOUD Therapy to the practice.  German Medical Devices used for over 25 years currently in agreement with NASA.  The results of these new therapies have been outstanding, both personally and professionally.  These therapies perfectly complement Reflexology, as both are fundamentally based on improved circulation, oxygenation, and homeostasis.

Eva is a native New Mexican who grew up in Corrales and in Albuquerque’s South Valley spending most of her time on the Sanchez Family green chile farm.  Her mother, having a deep appreciation for nutrition and holistic living, made quite an impression at an early age.

Her holistic clinical approach aims to treat the whole person; mind, body, and spirit.  With a caring personality and attentive nature, Eva hopes to create a stress-free, safe, restorative, and relaxing treatment. She likes to think of her sessions as a wellness visit while helping the body, mind, and spirit find their way back to balance.

Outside of her practice, Eva enjoys the outdoors, hiking, art, theater, music, and finding new adventures.

Why Naturopathy

Why Reflexology?

It can help with

Nerve Disorders

One of the first symptoms of a tasked nervous system is microvascular and macrovascular constriction.  Improved nerve flow improves the health of the nerves, helping to relieve symptoms.

Pain and Discomfort

Different techniques are used to relieve congestion and support healthier nerve and muscle memory.

Circulatory Disorders

Some people require circulatory support due to genetic disposition or particular dis-ease.

Metabolism, Detoxification,
 & Weight Loss

With improved nerve and blood flow, the cellular processes are supported.  Oxygen and nutrients are more efficiently brought into the cell creating more energy or ATP.  In return, detoxification is improved or Nitric Oxide production.

Plantar
Fasciitis

In theory of reflexology this is a congested pathway that needs to be supported to circulate and clear out the congestion and therefore relieving

tension.

Stress or Depression

Nerve flow and relaxation is improved so healthier pathways  can be supported and created. Reflexology and the nerve release allow nerve pathways to alter disfunction and create healthier connections. A persons nervous system may very well be your connection to Our Creator, Father GOD. Spiritual guidance is Christian based.

Testimonials

I have to share that I went to see. Dr. Eva Sanchez after a two-day road trip and leg swelling and pain.  And it is like a miracle.  Her hands did the magic along with the YLEO oils.

My first REAL reflexology treatment and I will see her again next time I come to town.
